Fresh into stock, a UK suppled and UK registered April 1953 Ariel Square four MK2. Frame number 462 and engine number 416. The bike was only on the road until 1955. The picture of the tax disc is the original disc, and not a reproduction. That was the last time it was on the road. So that mileage is probably right. It was sold in 1989, but nothing was done with it. It then changed hands again, and over the last 3 years the motorcycle was comprehensively rebuilt to a very high standard. There is a large history file with the motorcycle and a DVD showing before and after pictures in the rebuild process. The engine was fully rebuilt also. It starts easily, the electronic ignition could be of help, and runs and rides exactly how it should. NUL 174 is the original registration number and is transferable. Be quick on this one, Square 4s are getting hard to find in this condition, so it won’t be here long at this price.
